Best Trinkets for Beast Mastery Hunter in WoW Forever
Engine MythicSim Rust 2e3f3ee · 10,000 iterations per trinket · Updated Oct 29, 2026
Melee weaving: the reference keeps its pet, shoots Ancient Bone Bow from 12 yards and steps in with Barbarous Blade for Raptor Strike and Immolation Trap whenever the next Auto Shot is more than 1.5 seconds away, on Sanctum's Survival weave rotation, with a Dense Sharpening Stone. About 9% above its best build that only shoots (3% at 5 minutes). The walking is the engine's, and how well weaving holds up in a real raid is not yet confirmed. Client and inherited item data; item availability and some effects remain provisional.
Cleansed Vilebranch Medallion from Quest / World is the top Beast Mastery Hunter pick at +1.07% DPS. Rune of the Guard Captain (1.07%) and Frozen Heart of the Mountain (0.93%) come next. Mean DPS over 10,000 iterations on the level 60 reference build.

Fight
The engine's default encounter: one raid-boss target (level 63) for two minutes, give or take fifteen seconds, with no movement and no adds.
Not included
Forever's re-tuned item stats and the loot from its new dungeons and raids, neither of which Blizzard has published; multi-target fights; healer specs; and true paired sims (the pairings above are additive estimates).
Engine build
MythicSim Rust engine 2e3f3ee4c (matches a667dce84). Simmed Oct 29, 2026. Talent values are still being checked against the beta client, so the order can shift until Forever's own data lands. The board is re-simmed after engine updates.
