How it works

  1. 1

    Add the bot

One click OAuth install. Pick which channels it can post in. MythicSim only needs Send Messages and Embed Links.

  2. 2

    Build your roster

An officer runs /roster add for each raider. One premium subscription on the roster unlocks /loot for the whole guild.

  3. 3

    Sim on demand

Run /sim anytime for a single character. When a boss drops an item, run /loot to rank the whole raid by upgrade gain.

Questions people actually ask

FAQ

What can the bot actually see about my character?
Only what the Blizzard armory exposes publicly: equipped gear, talents, hero talents, and character name. No account data, no battle.net password, no guild bank access.
How accurate are armory-only sims?
Good for comparing gear options, weaker for absolute DPS. Armory misses temporary buffs, consumables, and talent swaps made since the last in-game login. For tournament-grade accuracy, paste a full /simc string on mythicsim.com instead.
Does every server member pay for /loot?
No. One premium subscription on the roster unlocks /loot for the whole guild. Sign in to mythicsim.com with Discord, upgrade once, and every other raider benefits. /sim and /roster are free for everyone.
What permissions does the bot need?
Send Messages and Embed Links. No moderation, no member data, no DM scraping. The install OAuth flow will show you the exact scope list before you confirm.
How big can a roster be?
Up to 40 characters per guild. A /loot run fans out one sim per roster member, runs them on the premium queue, and posts a ranked result when they settle (usually one to two minutes).
