How this tier list is built
Each spec is simmed from SimulationCraft's bundled standard profile for patch 12.0.5.67823, the same class, talents, and item level across the board, so the only variable is the spec itself. The DPS shown is that baseline result, with no personal gear mixed in.
Single-target uses the Patchwerk fight style (one target, full uptime); cleave adds a sustained add cluster. Tiers are cut by each spec's DPS as a percentage of the top spec, so a tight sim spread stays readable. Boards refresh weekly after each SimC build bump.
